Thoughts in my Head at my Last Week’s Session

Well now it has been almost 4 whole months

And most often I sleep through the night.

But yet I feel I’m what trouble hunts,

And my life feels like one huge fight.

So oft I muse “if I’d just succeeded”

These coping skills would not be needed!
