Wake up – Wake up
It’s time for us to eat!
Wake up – Wake up
or we will bite your feet!
We know your clock sez 6am
but our tummies say it’s 7.
We’re not the fools who made these rules….
Wake up it’s 10 past 7!
evidently i’m not the only person who has this problem, daylight savings time or no, just check this out. dru

ps last night i set my clocks ahead, finally figured out “In Fall you fall back” and had to reset every blasted one…smart i not!
I hate daylight savings time. ugh!
Isn’t that the truth. I know this old post was about the Fall but hell there are now studies that show this messes with our bodies and minds and frankly, I’m marginal at best. “HE” and I are going to do our ritual resetting this afternoon. We have to do it together in case one of us misses a clock (i have at least one and sometimes more in every room since i never wear a watch) and they all need to be set to as close to the exact time as can be achieved, so one of us holds the phone clock and one of us sets.
Poor “HE” he puts up with a lot.
I got up early today and have already done my cat feeding gig but it is also already late……….sigh

I haven’t set my clocks yet and here is it 6:20 pm. I just add an hour on the one in the bedroom. We will have power outage one day and then I will reset them because they are flashing.
Oh I hear you but I gauge my reality by the clocks I look at and to skip an hour from one room to the next is unsettling. I can’t add or subtract (funny for an old bookkeeper) and trying to just remember is too much for me too.
I changed the 3-4 manual set clocks and “HE” will do the digital ones this evening. All I have to do at this point is remember when I’m in the kitchen it is later than I think. Works for my cooking too. tee hee

I detest daylight saving time. Stupidest idea ever.
