The Internet says it is 111 degrees in my little neck of the woods with only a 15 percent chance of a shower but I think I smelled rain just a little while ago.
I went out but there were no clouds over my valley, just clouds along the mountain ridges 40 miles away. Could I smell the rain as far away as that or am I just having a brain fart?
I vote for the latter and wish we could have a small shower to perhaps cool us off a few degrees, my room A/C is just not making it.

I gave way to the lure of the buy one get one half off promotion and bought Neutrogena make up removing towelettes without ever having used them before. BIG MISTAKE.
While they do remove make up very efficiently, they smell like a man’s cheap aftershave and you wipe that all over your face and then wonder around feeling like some clown is following you so close you can smell him.
I now have a lifetime supply of these stupid smelly things and shelled out $15 for the privilege of tossing them or smelling unlike a rose. I assumed Neutrogena would have made them odorless as I doubt all that scent is good for your skin.
