I have just returned from seeing my new counselor, we are going to work on shame.
Evidently the difference between shame and guilt is that in the latter you feel “I did something wrong”, in the former you feel “I am wrong”. These are going to be long hard sessions particularly since I’m not very open to using ‘art’ as a means of expressing myself. I told her I did better with words. Now I have a home work assignment. Well, isn’t that better than coloring?
