The sky just opened up and gave us a summer shower.  An almost unknown treat for me.  It cooled it down from 101 degrees to 98 degrees and I can smell the rain.  I don’t have a rain hat so I’m waiting out this little flash flood.  The streets are already running with water several inches high in the gutters but driving will be easy still.

Who says it never rains in Sunny California, well seldom but it does occasionally rain and today is the day for my little spot.  Well here comes the thunder so I’m signing off before my system goes down.
